    Seowoo Industry pursues ethical management as its core value and is enacting and implementing the Ethics Charter, Code of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Human Rights Charter to establish transparent management.

    Charter of Human Rights

    Seowoo Industry actively implements human rights management and declares this Human Rights Charter to prevent human rights violations associated with business operations and to mitigate related risks. Seowoo Industry adheres to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the implementation of human rights management, We comply with international standards and guidelines related to human rights and labor, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human, the International Labor Organization's core conventions, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible Business Conduct.

    Article 1. Prohibition of Discrimination

    Seowoo Industry does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, promotion, training, wages, benefits, and other employment-related areas based on gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, family status, social status, or political views without reasonable cause, and builds an organizational culture that respects the diversity of its employees. It responds to confirmed cases of discrimination with a zero-tolerance policy.

    Chapter 2. Basic Ethics of Employees

    Seowoo Industry prohibits actions that cause physical or mental pain or worsen the working environment beyond the appropriate scope of work by using one's position in the workplace. These acts include sexual remarks that cause sexual humiliation or disgust, as well as harassment such as ostracism and intimidation.

    Article 3. Compliance with Working Conditions

    Seowoo Industry respects the labor laws of the countries where this Human Rights Charter applies and provides all employees with ample opportunities for communication.

    Article 6. Prohibition of Forced and Child Labor

    Seowoo Industry does not engage in acts of violence, threats, confinement, or require identification or visas in a manner that compels labor against the free will of all employees. Additionally, we prohibit child labor in principle, and take measures to ensure that the employment of minors is not limited in their educational opportunities.

    Article 7. Guarantee of Industrial Safety

    Seowoo Industry regularly inspects facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure that all executives and employees can work in a safe working environment. It also prepares appropriate measures to prevent physical and mental risks and a support plan for follow-up management.

    Article 8. Protection of Local Residents' Rights

    All employees of Seowoo Industry take care not to infringe on the rights of local residents during their work and protect the rights to health and safety and freedom of residence of local residents.

    Article 9. Protection of Customer Rights

    All employees of Seowoo Industry must prioritize the protection of customers' lives, health, and property when providing products and services, and take the best possible measures to protect personal information collected through business activities.
