    Seowoo Industry pursues ethical management as its core value and is enacting and implementing the Ethics Charter, Code of Practice, Code of Ethics, and Human Rights Charter to establish transparent management.

    Code of Ethics

    Seowoo Industry aims to be a global company contributing to the dreams of human society by creating a new future through creative thinking and endless challenges. Since the practice of ethical management is the foundation for this, we have revised our ethics charter and code of practice to become a reliable partner for various stakeholders and increase customer value. All members of Seowoo Industry must comply with this Code of Ethics and Code of Practice.

    Five Principles of the Ethical Charter

    Code of Practice

    • 01Employee Ethics

      • ① It does not accept, provide, or promise to provide any form of illegal or unethical interest or bribery from stakeholders.
      • ② Unfair solicitation between executives and employees and stakeholders or between internal executives and employees shall be prohibited.
      • ③ If it is inevitable to avoid a conflict of interest between the company and the individual, act by prioritizing the interests of the company and the customer to the legal extent.
      • ④ It shall not divulge confidential information, knowledge, or information acquired directly or indirectly through the performance of its duties or use it to pursue personal interests.
      • ⑤ Employees and employees shall fulfill their responsibilities given to individuals during the performance of the Company's work, regardless of time or space, and the Company's assets and facilities shall be used for business purposes only.
      • ⑥ It does not use its job authority or position to exert undue influence or pursue the illegal interests of the company or individual.
      • ⑦ Do not prepare or report documents based on fabricated content such as concealment, reduction, exaggeration, or false content, or share them with internal and external stakeholders.
    • 02Fair Competition and Transactions

      • ① It does not engage in acts that may hinder fair competition through unfair transactions, such as abusing its market dominant position or abusing its trading position.
      • ② It does not agree to unreasonably restrict competition with other business operators regarding the price, supply, transaction area, transaction conditions, etc. of goods or services.
      • ③ It does not obtain information from a competitor, partner, or other organization in an unlawful manner, and does not use or disclose information obtained illegally by the company or a third party.
      • ④ It does not engage in any activities related to money laundering by customers, partners, partners, other agencies and individuals.
      • ⑤ It protects the trade secrets of partner companies in a contractual relationship and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other companies or others.
      • ⑥ For transparent and fair tax affairs, we comply with the tax laws of each country where the workplace is located and do not avoid the due tax obligations given.
      • ⑦ Pursue a fair win-win relationship with a partner company and do not engage in unfair transactions.
    • 03Realize the Customer Value

      • ① It does not make decisions that compromise with the safety of customers in the entire process of research and development, procurement of raw materials, production, sales and distribution, and post-sale services.
      • ② It does not do anything that hinders the quality standards necessary to reliably supply the best products and services to customers.
      • ③ Provide customers with good and useful information related to products and services to help them make the right decisions, and do not provide false or exaggerated information.
      • ④ For the protection of customers' personal information, we comply with relevant laws and regulations and do not engage in actions that may illegally infringe on customers' personal information.
      • ⑤ Listen to the customer's opinion on the product and service and actively accept the customer's legitimate needs and reasonable suggestions.
      • ⑥ Take necessary measures to ensure that no customers are unfairly restricted from using products and services due to gender, age, disability, language, etc.
      • ⑦ Actively provide information necessary to prevent damage and risk to customers, and responsibly implement measures to ensure the safety and quality of products and services.
    • 04Respect Employees

      • ① Each employee is respected as an independent person, and active measures are taken to ensure that human rights commonly pursued by human society are protected.
      • ② It complies with the labor laws of the country where the workplace is located, and prohibits child labor and forced labor in the workplace.
      • ③ Employees are not discriminated against on the grounds of nationality, region of origin, race, gender, age, culture, religion, disability, educational background, political orientation, or personal preference.
      • ④ Equal education and growth opportunities are given to executives and employees according to their abilities and qualities, and fair evaluation and compensation for performance.
      • ⑤ It prohibits all on- and off-line acts that insult the personality of members or undermine human dignity, such as verbal or physical violence, sexual harassment, bullying, and intimidation.
      • ⑥ Sexual harassment in the workplace can cause not only high damage to individuals but also economic damage to the company's image, so thorough preventive management, including regular education, is conducted, and no words or actions corresponding to sexual harassment, such as hindering good manners or causing sexual shame.
      • ⑦ Measures necessary for the safety of executives and employees shall be actively taken, and a safe working environment shall be maintained from accidents and injuries, disasters, disasters, diseases and transmission in the course of duties.
      • ⑧ Efforts should be made to provide a work environment in which the work and life of executives and employees are harmoniously balanced.
    • 05Pursue the Sustainability

      • ① In the management decision-making process, it is responsible for contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to solve the environmental and social problems facing human society.
      • ② Recognizing that the environment is a valuable asset to be preserved for the next generation, it actively fulfills its responsibilities to minimize negative impacts on the environment in all areas of the project.
      • ③ We actively discover the social problems facing our society and furthermore, and actively seek solutions.
      • ④ Actively communicate and act on important sustainability issues by identifying stakeholders who may be affected by the company's management or who may affect the company.
      • ⑤ Charitable donations and sponsorships are fairly promoted in accordance with internal enforcement standards and procedures, and donations and sponsorships for political purposes are prohibited.
      • ⑥ It seeks to improve the value of the company and shareholders through sustainable management.
      • ⑦ Financial and non-financial information shall be disclosed in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
